Job Description

Our client is seeking a data- and AB-testing-obsessedDigital Marketing Specialistwith deep expertise in Facebook and Instagram advertising and extended knowledge of LinkedIn. You’ll be responsible for planning, executing, optimizing, and reporting on high-performing paid social campaigns across Meta platforms. This role requires a sharp analytical mind, strong A/B testing instincts, and hands-on experience with tracking pixels, remarketing, and conversion-focused strategies. The ideal candidate will also have modern creative skills, using tools like Canva and ChatGPT for basic creative execution.

Location:
Fully-Remote (Work from Home), 9 AM - 5 PM PST

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, build, and manage Facebook and Instagram ad campaigns focused on lead generation, conversion, and remarketing, emphasizing native form fills.

  • Analyze performance metrics daily to drive data-informed decisions and improvements.

  • Develop and execute A/B and multivariate tests on audiences, creatives, placements, and CTAs.

  • Optimize campaign structure, bidding strategies, budget allocation, and funnel performance to meet ROAS and CPA targets.

  • Set up and maintain Meta pixels, custom conversions, and tracking integrations.

  • Collaborate with marketing teams to develop compelling ad creatives tailored to target audiences.

  • Create and manage multiple forms of creative across all platforms.

  • Integrate campaigns into HubSpot for seamless CRM and lead funnel integration.

  • Build remarketing and lookalike audiences from first-party and CRM data sources.

  • Produce weekly and monthly performance reports with actionable insights.

  • Stay up-to-date on Facebook/Instagram platform changes, algorithm updates, and new features.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of hands-on experience managing Facebook and Instagram ad campaigns with demonstrated success.

  • Strong proficiency in Meta Ads Manager, pixel setup, and conversion tracking.

  • Deep experience running and interpreting A/B tests and campaign experiments.

  • Comfort with analyzing performance data, generating reports, and making data-driven recommendations.

  • Familiarity with HubSpot for campaign tracking, lead capture, and CRM integration.

  • Working knowledge of landing page optimization and funnel performance.

  • Ability to work asynchronously on Slack with weekly video meetings.

  • Bonus: Experience with Google Ads and cross-platform campaign strategy.

  • Highly desirable: Experience creating ad creative with tools like Canva and ChatGPT.

  • Solid understanding of attribution modeling and marketing KPIs (ROAS, CPA, CPL, CTR, etc.).

Non-Negotiables

  • Proven hands-on experience (2+ years) managing paid social campaigns on Meta platforms (Facebook & Instagram) with measurable success.

  • Ability to independently plan, launch, optimize, and report on campaigns.

  • Deep expertise in Meta Ads Manager: pixel setup, conversion tracking, custom audiences, remarketing, and lookalike audiences.

  • Confident configuration and troubleshooting of tracking and attribution.

  • Strong strategic and analytical mindset, able to design, execute, and interpret A/B and multivariate tests on small budgets.

  • Execution-focused, managing campaigns end-to-end without heavy supervision.

  • Experience integrating paid social campaigns with CRMs (HubSpot preferred) to ensure smooth lead funnel management.

  • Excellent data analysis skills to optimize based on ROAS, CPA, CPL, CTR targets.

  • Basic creative skills with Canva and/or ChatGPT or similar tools.

  • Comfortable with asynchronous remote work (Slack) and weekly video meetings.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills for collaboration and reporting.
