Our client, a fast-growing health and wellness startup, is seeking a talented and dynamic Digital Designer to join their team. This full-time, remote role is perfect for a creative individual who is passionate about harnessing the power of nature through graphic design. The Digital Designer will work closely with the marketing team and the Creative Director to produce visually compelling content that resonates with the brand’s mission.
Location and Time:
Fully-Remote (Work from Home), Full-Time, 9 AM - 5 PM PST
Role Overview:
As a Digital Designer, you will play a key role in creating visually engaging content for various platforms. This role requires a blend of creativity and technical skill, with a focus on delivering high-quality designs that align with the company's health and wellness mission. You'll be collaborating with the marketing and creative teams to produce graphics for paid media, organic social, web designs, and other projects, contributing to the overall brand identity.
Key Responsibilities:
Design and Creativity:
Develop freehand illustrations, vector graphics, and collateral designs that align with the brand.
Digital Media:
Understand and execute digital design.
Photoshop Whiz:
Have experience in photo retouching and digital compositing.
Email Design:
Design emails using Figma and Klaviyo.
Project Management:
Self-manage projects using Asana.
Tool Proficiency:
Use Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, Figma, InDesign, and Canva to create innovative design concepts.
Trend Research:
Stay up-to-date with emerging design trends and practices to ensure cutting-edge content.
Collaboration:
Work closely with the marketing and creative teams to produce graphics for paid media, organic social, web designs, and other projects.
UX Design:
Contribute to the design of landing pages, product detail pages, and email layouts to enhance user experience.
Concept Presentation:
Submit rough layouts and conceptual thumbnails for project approval.
Nice to Have:
Experience working with 3D modeling programs (e.g., Omi).
Qualifications:
Experience:
At least 3 years of professional graphic design experience in a similar role.
Figma Proficiency:
Required experience with Figma.
Independent Work:
Ability to function with minimal oversight and hit the ground running.
Creativity and Technical Skill:
Enthusiastic, creative, and technically savvy with a heightened attention to detail.
Adaptability:
Thrive in a fast-paced environment, with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.
