Role Overview:
We are seeking a Marketing Operations Specialist (Support Role) to create and execute marketing campaigns primarily within Marketo. You will be responsible for setting up and optimizing marketing programs, including building technical components for webinars, lead nurturing sequences, and ad campaigns. This hands-on role is critical in supporting the marketing team and executing campaign strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
Set up and manage marketing programs in Marketo and other tools, including webinars, ad programs, nurturing sequences, and list imports.
Collaborate with marketing teams to triage incoming requests, gather campaign requirements, and manage execution to meet deadlines.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues within active campaigns to ensure timely execution and optimal performance.
Provide ongoing optimization recommendations to improve efficiency and effectiveness of global campaign templates, workflows, and assets.
Support additional strategic marketing projects as needed.
Required Qualifications:
1–2 years of experience working with Marketo in a marketing environment.
Hands-on experience building and executing Marketo programs: webinars, nurture sequences, ad campaigns, content programs, etc.
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Aptitude for learning and navigating web-based marketing technologies.
Proven ability to work independently while collaborating with global teams.
Excellent communication skills, able to explain technical solutions to non-technical stakeholders.
What This Role Entails:
Hands-on execution of marketing campaigns primarily using Marketo.
Setting up campaign types: webinars, lead nurturing, paid ads, content programs.
Managing technical campaign components: list imports, workflows, assets.
Collaborating with marketing teams to gather requirements and meet deadlines.
Troubleshooting and resolving campaign issues promptly.
Providing recommendations to optimize campaign efficiency and template performance.
Supporting strategic marketing projects beyond core Marketo execution.
It is a part-time role with the potential to become full-time.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
Experience: 1–2 years in marketing operations or automation with direct Marketo experience.
Technical skills: Proficient in building and executing varied Marketo programs.
