Our client is a cutting-edge AI-driven marketing agency specializing in signal-based, account-centric go-to-market strategies designed for complex, sales-led companies. Content is at the heart of these strategies, fueling demand, enabling high-stakes sales conversations, and accelerating pipeline velocity. The Content Marketing Strategist will transform client expertise into compelling assets ranging from podcast-driven social clips to detailed whitepapers and interactive tools that address real business challenges.
Location:
Fully-Remote (Work from Home), 9 AM - 5 PM EST
Key Responsibilities
Podcast Repurposing & Social Amplification:
Attend client podcast recordings (viaRiverside.fm) and edit short-form video clips.
Write engaging LinkedIn post series and draft supporting blog articles.
Long-Form Asset Production:
Research, outline, and write detailed whitepapers, playbooks, executive briefs, and course modules tailored for complex, high-ACV sales cycles.
Market & Subject-Matter Research:
Mine LinkedIn threads, Reddit, competitive content, analyst reports, and interview subject matter experts to generate fresh content ideas and data insights.
AI-Accelerated Drafting:
Utilize generative AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity) to aid ideation, structure outlines, clean transcriptions, and produce first drafts while preserving original voice.
Template & Tool Creation:
Develop practical tools such as calculators, checklists, and step-by-step worksheets that help prospects execute strategies.
Project Management & Documentation:
Manage content workflows end-to-end in Notion, including calendars, drafts, prompt libraries, approval threads, and performance tracking.
Qualifications
Communication:
Native-level business English, with writing that reflects seasoned SaaS marketers in major markets.
Technical Skills:
Expertise in podcast operations and basic audio/video cleanup.
Proficient use of generative AI tools for content creation without over-relying on AI.
Experience:
Portfolio of B2B long-form assets supporting high-value sales cycles (> $25k ACV).
Skilled at SME interviewing, data triangulation, and citation for primary research.
Project Management:
Advanced Notion user, able to manage multiple client accounts and maintain detailed documentation.
Nice-to-Have
Experience with video editing tools like Descript or CapCut.
Ability to turn webinars into gated assets and nurture sequences.
Basic design skills in Figma or Canva for template and worksheet layout.
Knowledge of demand generation metrics and content mapping to pipeline stages.
What Success Looks Like
By week 4, owning the content calendar for two clients and delivering first podcast-to-social clip sets.
By quarter 1, shipping three flagship assets per client, each influencing active sales opportunities.
Consistently delivering >95% on-time content with minimal revision and documented process improvements.
