Our client is a dynamic company seeking a proactive Marketing Assistant to support day-to-day marketing operations and email management/outreach efforts. This role plays a key part in keeping communications organized, assisting with project management, email marketing, and supporting social media initiatives. The ideal candidate will be proficient in CRM management, detail-oriented, and comfortable collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive marketing success.
Location:
Fully-Remote (Work from Home), 9 AM - 5 PM EST
Key Responsibilities
Email and Calendar Management:
Keep the inbox up-to-date and organized to ensure timely responses and effective communication.
Manage the calendar, scheduling meetings and appointments efficiently.
Lead Outreach:
Conduct warm and cold outbound outreach to potential leads via email and phone.
Utilize Zoho CRM for lead tracking and communication management (Zoho proficiency preferred).
Project Management Support:
Track marketing deliverables, tasks, and due dates to ensure projects stay on schedule.
Coordinate with stakeholders including communication managers, designers, and other team members through clear and timely email communication.
Administrative and Logistics Support:
Provide general administrative assistance to support marketing operations and logistics as needed.
Social Media Management:
Assist with posting and managing content across social media platforms to maintain active online presence.
Creative Support (Nice-To-Have):
Support graphic design editing and content creation using tools such as Canva (preferred but not required).
Qualifications
Experience and Skills:
2+ years experience in a marketing admin role or similar.
Proficiency with CRM systems, preferably Zoho CRM.
Strong project management skills with the ability to track and prioritize multiple tasks.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with fluency in English.
Experience in social media management and basic graphic design/editing is a plus.
Detail-oriented, organized, and able to work independently and collaboratively.
