We are looking for experienced Clinical Recruiters to join our team on a 6-month temporary contract to support high-volume provider hiring.
Parallel is dedicated to providing high-quality, accessible telehealth services to K-12 students through our virtual Provider Network. As a Clinical Recruiter, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring high-quality telehealth providers, such as Speech & Language Pathologists and School Psychs. You will work in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple roles simultaneously while maintaining a candidate-focused approach.
This six-month, full-time (40 hours/week) position is fully remote and open to U.S.-based candidates. Pay is $30 - $35 per hour (based on experience) with a bonus incentive. Exceptional performers may be considered for a permanent role, contingent on business needs.
What you’ll do:
- Manage high-volume recruitment of clinical providers.
- Utilize sourcing strategies to identify top talent using various platforms including LinkedIn, job boards, and professional networks.
- Conduct screenings, coordinate hiring processes, and provide an excellent candidate experience.
- Collaborate with Associate Director of Clinical Recruiting and other stakeholders to adjust recruitment strategies accordingly.
- Track and manage candidate pipelines using an applicant tracking system (ATS).
- Ensure compliance with company hiring policies and Parallel’s principles.
- Assist in offer negotiations and prehire processes.
- Track and regularly report on metrics, including time-to-fill, time in process step, etc.
The right candidates will bring:
- 3+ years of experience in high-volume provider recruiting within telehealth, healthcare, or a similar field.
- Prior staffing experience is also a plus!
- Strong ability to source, assess, and close candidates efficiently.
- Experience working as a high volume recruiter in fast-paced, high-growth environments.
- Proficiency with ATS platforms (we use Greenhouse).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- The ability to learn quickly, multi-task effectively and use time efficiently.
- A strong sense of urgency while maintaining professionalism and compliance.
