Roadie is looking for a Content Marketing Intern that will gain hands-on experience supporting marketing campaigns, content creation, and automation. You’ll work closely with multiple departments to bring campaigns to life, engage our driver community, and optimize key marketing processes. What You'll Do
- Manage and execute requests from cross-functional teams for driver re-engagement and educational campaigns
- Provide timely updates to the Customer Operations team on request submissions, including campaign results, segmentation strategies, and launch timelines
- Assist with copywriting and launching ad hoc campaigns using Braze across email, SMS, in-app, and push notifications
- Develop and manage a content calendar for the driver newsletter to maintain a consistent flow of communication
- Contribute to the creation of evergreen content such as blogs and support articles to support future engagement and retention initiatives
- Support the planning and implementation of product and lifecycle marketing campaigns
- Maintain and update the chatbot on driver.roadie.com to enhance driver interactions and customer support
- Keep the support team informed about upcoming driver-facing communications, especially those related to new features or process changes, to ensure they’re prepared for related support tickets
- Conduct surveys and market research to inform strategic marketing decisions
- Brainstorm blog ideas, publish posts, and maintain an updated content library
- Publish updates in the app to keep drivers informed about key initiatives, promotions, and news
What You Bring
- Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Creativity with an ability to craft engaging messages and campaigns
- Familiarity with marketing tools like Braze, Hubspot, or Pardot, preferred
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- A collaborative attitude and a passion for learning
