Our Role

We’re looking for a strategic and analytical Product Marketing Manager, Competitive Intelligence to join our growing marketing team. In this role, you’ll be the go-to expert on Ada’s competitive landscape, helping to position us as the leading AI customer service platform. You’ll drive the development of competitive insights, battlecards, and strategic recommendations to support our sales, marketing, and product teams.

This is a high-impact role that requires a blend of market research, technical acumen, strategic thinking, and strong communication skills to influence cross-functional stakeholders and help Ada stay ahead in a fast-evolving market.

About You

  • 5+ years of experience in product marketing, competitive intelligence, or solutions consulting in a B2B SaaS environment.
  • Strong analytical and research skills with the ability to synthesize complex information into clear, concise insights.
  • Proven track record of developing competitive intelligence programs and resources that influence GTM strategies.
  • Strong technical acumen with the ability to read technical documentation, demo competing products, and extract technical differentiators to identify opportunities for Ada.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence and align cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Knowledge of AI and customer service technologies.

Outcomes

  • Lead competitive intelligence: Develop and manage a robust competitive intelligence program, including tracking industry trends, monitoring competitor activities, and analyzing market dynamics. Deliver quarterly competitive landscape reports with actionable insights.
  • Build & maintain battlecards: Create and continuously update competitive battlecards, positioning guides, and objection-handling resources, ensuring 80%+ adoption rate among sales teams and regular updates every quarter.
  • Strategic insights: Deliver actionable insights and recommendations based on competitive analysis to inform go-to-market strategies, product roadmaps, and executive decision-making.
  • Cross-functional collaboration: Partner closely with Product, Sales, Enablement, and Marketing teams to embed competitive insights into campaigns, messaging, and product strategies. Drive measurable improvements in win rates by 10% through competitive enablement.
  • Sales enablement: Support revenue teams with competitive training sessions, win/loss analyses, and deal support to improve win rates and drive revenue growth. Conduct at least 6 competitive training sessions annually with post-training assessment scores above 85%.
  • Thought leadership: Stay ahead of industry trends in AI, automation, and customer experience technologies to position Ada as an innovative leader. Publish 4 (one per quarter) internal thought leadership reports annually.

The expected salary range for this position is $100,000 - $140,000. Actual pay will be determined based on several factors such as past experience and qualifications, geographic location, and other job-related factors permitted by law.
