As Product Marketing Manager for Voice and Email, you’ll play a critical role in shaping how Ada’s Voice AI and Email AI solutions are positioned and adopted across enterprise customer service organizations. You’ll drive go-to-market success by crafting differentiated messaging, launching new capabilities, and enabling customer-facing teams. With a strong understanding of the CCaaS (Contact Center as a Service) and CX space, you’ll ensure Ada’s offerings are deeply aligned with the needs of modern customer service organizations.


About You

  • 5+ years of B2B SaaS product marketing experience, ideally within the enterprise segment and in domains like CCaaS, CX, contact center technology, or AI-driven customer support.
  • Proven track record working across cross-functional workstreams including product management, marketing, customer success, and revenue teams.
  • Experience bringing technical products to market and enabling internal teams with clear, compelling messaging and tools.
  • Customer-centric, data-driven mindset with exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • A compelling storyteller with a strategic, analytical approach and the ability to confidently present at conferences, webinars, and customer meetings.
  • Highly organized with the ability to prioritize multiple concurrent projects, all while maintaining a high bar for quality and execution

Outcomes

  • Voice and email-specific positioning: Deliver differentiated product positioning and messaging tailored for the Voice AI and Email AI markets - grounded in competitive intelligence and customer insights - used across web content, sales decks, demo scripts, and campaigns.
  • Successful launches: Lead cross-functional go-to-market efforts for new voice and email product capabilities, driving launch execution and post-launch adoption metrics. Partner closely with product, sales, brand, and marketing teams to define and deliver campaigns that accelerate product adoption.
  • Resonant storytelling: Ensure every campaign, launch, and GTM initiative reflects a deep understanding of the customer service audience, continuously informed by market research, win/loss analysis, and customer interviews.
  • Sales enablement: Empower sales and CX teams with tailored collateral (eg. battlecards, customer case studies, data sheets, pitch decks, and competitive briefs), equipping them to confidently position Ada’s Voice and Email AI capabilities against traditional and emerging players.
  • Customer advocacy: Cultivate relationships with key customers to source feedback, capture impactful stories, and turn them into compelling proof points and references for marketing and sales efforts.
  • Feedback loops with product: Act as the voice of the market within Ada, ensuring that customer feedback, competitive dynamics, and adoption insights continuously influence our Voice and Email AI product roadmap.

The expected salary range for this position is $100,000 - $140,000CAD. Actual pay will be determined based on several factors such as past experience and qualifications, geographic location, and other job-related factors permitted by law.
