  • Monitor adoption metrics and adjust strategies as needed to optimize customer engagement and satisfaction.
  • Track, analyze, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to customer lifecycle stages.
  • Utilize data to inform strategy adjustments and ensure alignment with overall business objectives.
  • Prepare and present regular reports to senior management on the effectiveness of customer marketing initiatives.
  • Work closely with product, sales, and customer support teams to ensure a unified approach to customer engagement.
  • Coordinate with the creative team to develop compelling marketing materials and campaigns.
  • Share insights and feedback with relevant departments to drive product and service improvements.
  • Continuously assess and enhance the customer experience across various touchpoints.
  • Identify opportunities for automation and efficiency improvements in the customer lifecycle process.
  • Foster a customer-centric culture within the organization by advocating for customer needs and preferences.

What You Need to Succeed

  • Bachelor’s degree (Marketing, Business, or a related field would be most ideal) and 5+ years of experience in customer marketing, life-cycle management, product marketing, or a related role.
  • Proven experience executing multi-channel campaigns (email, in-app, etc.) within the tech industry
  • Ownership of product adoption or feature engagement initiatives including developing release communications
  • Excellent writing and communication skills for external and internal audiences
  • Experience with data-driven decision making and campaign optimization within a fast-paced dynamic environment with a strong focus on results.

Nice to Haves But Not Required

  • Specific experience with Pendo, Salesforce, Marketo, and/or Gainsight
  • Familiarity with AI tools for campaign content creation or automation

Safe Remote Job Search Tips

Verify Employer Thoroughly

Research the company's identity thoroughly before applying. Check for a professional website with contacts, active social media, and LinkedIn profiles. Verify details across platforms and look for reviews on Glassdoor or Trustpilot to confirm legitimacy.

Never Pay to Get a Job

Legitimate employers never require payment for applications, training, background checks, or equipment. Always reject upfront payment requests or demands for bank details, even if they claim it's for purchasing necessary work gear on your behalf.

Safeguard Your Personal Information

Protect sensitive data like SSN, bank details, or ID copies. Share this only after accepting a formal, written job offer. Ensure it's submitted via a secure company system or portal, never through insecure channels like standard email attachments.

Scrutinize Communication & Interviews

Watch for communication red flags: poor grammar, generic emails (@gmail), vague details, or undue pressure. Be highly suspicious of interviews held only via text or chat apps; legitimate companies typically use video or phone calls.

Beware of Unrealistic Offers

If an offer's salary or benefits seem unrealistically high for the work involved, be cautious. Research standard pay for similar roles. Offers that appear 'too good to be true' are often scams designed to lure you into providing information or payment.

Insist on a Formal Contract

Always secure and review a formal, written job offer or employment contract before starting work or sharing final personal details. Ensure it clearly defines your role, compensation, key terms, and conditions to avoid misunderstandings or scams.
