Your Mission: Be the Backbone Behind the Brand
As our Customer Service Representative, you’ll be the voice and support system for our homeowners—managing communications, ensuring smooth project tracking, and helping us maintain our commitment to exceptional service from start to finish.
Responsibilities:
Your Responsibilities Will Include:
- Answer inbound calls and respond to homeowner inquiries with professionalism and warmth
- Manage project details and updates in Acculynx
Handle data entry and keep our CRM accurate and up-to-date - Proactively reach out to homeowners before, during, and after projects to ensure satisfaction
- Route customer communications to the right internal teams
- Provide administrative and operational support as needed
You’re a Great Fit If You:
- Have 5+ years of customer service experience (preferably in trades, home services, or construction)
- Are a clear and confident communicator with excellent written and verbal English (minimal accent)
- Have a customer-first mindset and can engage comfortably with homeowners, insurance providers, and internal teams
- Are tech-savvy, quick to learn new software, and comfortable with virtual communication tools
- Are familiar with the roofing industry (a plus, but not required)
Schedule: 9AM - 5PM EST
Compensation & Benefits (to be provided by Offshore Launch):
- $1200 - $1500/mo. depending on experience
- $500 bonus at 90 days and up to $1,8000 in annual performance bonus
- 13th month pay
- 16 Days PTO
- Comprehensive HMO policy, including dependents.
- Annual continuing education budget to support professional development
