We seek a proactive Deal Flow & Operations Analyst to manage outbound prospecting and analyze investment opportunities across real estate and business acquisition/merchant solutions industries. This hybrid role will mostly focus on deal analysis, with occasional lead generation, requiring someone who can independently generate deal flow and pre-qualify opportunities based on specific investment criteria to maximize ROI potential.
Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound prospecting and cold outreach via LinkedIn, email, and broker platforms
- Manage CRM workflows and organize follow-up sequences
- Source and qualify real estate investment opportunities using financial metrics and investment criteria
- Evaluate business acquisition opportunities in the merchant solutions industry
- Review and summarize deal financials, comparing opportunities against defined acquisition criteria
- Filter and prioritize deal flow to focus on highest ROI potential opportunities
- Create detailed deal summaries and financial analyses in spreadsheets
Requirements
- Proven experience with LinkedIn and email outreach, and CRM management
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to work in spreadsheets and analyze financial data
- Experience in deal qualification and understanding of investment criteria evaluation
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and generate measurable results (booked calls, sourced leads)
- Excellent attention to detail and professional communication skills
- Proactive approach with the ability to manage multiple tasks without constant direction
- Strong organizational skills and a systematic approach to workflow management
- Previous experience in real estate prospecting, analysis, or M&A transactions
Nice-to-Have
- Knowledge of financial metrics such as cap rates, revenue multiples, and profit margins
- Experience with broker platforms and lead generation tools
- Background in merchant solutions or business services industries
- Advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills including formulas and pivot tables
