Title: Director, Growth Solutions (Sales) – Behavioral Health

The Role
Unlock Health is looking for a tenacious, strategic, and passionate Director of Growth Solutions with a strong focus on net new logo acquisition across the Behavioral Health industry. This is a hunter role – ideal for a high-performing sales executive who thrives on creating new relationships, breaking into new markets, building and maintaining channel partnerships with other B2B service providers, and positioning digital solutions that drive measurable results.
You’ll focus on expanding Unlock Health’s footprint by targeting and converting new Behavioral Health clients including:
- Addiction and substance use disorder treatment centers
- Autism care and ABA therapy providers
- Inpatient psychiatric and residential mental health facilities
- Outpatient therapy and counseling practices
- Tele-behavioral health platforms
- Youth and adolescent behavioral health organizations
- Community-based and nonprofit mental health agencies

What You’ll Do
- Drive New Revenue
- Own the full-cycle sales process – prospect, pitch, negotiate, and close – focused on acquiring net new clients across all Behavioral Health sub-sector
- Market Penetration
- Research and segment the Behavioral Health landscape to identify high-value targets across both for-profit and nonprofit organizations
- Consultative Sales
- Conduct discovery with C-level execs, marketing teams, and clinical leaders to understand their growth challenges and goals
- Strategic Pitching
- Tailor and deliver presentations that clearly articulate how Unlock’s digital marketing and patient acquisition strategies (e.g., PPC, Programmatic, Paid Social) can improve access, visibility, and ROI
- Proposal Creation & Closing
- Lead proposal development with support from internal teams, negotiate terms, and close deals that align with client budgets and growth objectives
- Pipeline Management
- Use CRM tools (Salesforce/HubSpot) to manage pipeline, forecast revenue, and keep opportunities moving
- Industry Engagement
- Attend and represent Unlock Health at Behavioral Health conferences, webinars, and networking events to build brand visibility and generate leads
- Acquire and share knowledge of our past and present successes in the space
- Social Engagement
- Share thought leadership and company insights on LinkedIn and expand executive network and channel partnerships from a broad reach to prospects and partners
Ideal Qualifications
- 3–8 years of experience in a B2B sales hunter role, with a strong preference for healthcare, health tech, or digital marketing industries
- Deep knowledge of the Behavioral Health ecosystem, including market drivers, payer dynamics, patient acquisition strategies, and the competitive landscape
- Demonstrated success in closing complex deals across multiple stakeholder groups
- Skilled in selling performance marketing solutions such as Web/Landing Page Design, Paid Search (SEM), Programmatic, SEO, Display Ads, and Paid Social Media Ads
- Strong communication and presentation abilities, especially with clinical, operational, and executive leaders
- Comfortable working remotely and independently while collaborating cross-functionally
- Proficient in CRM systems (Salesforce) and accustomed to metrics-driven sales environments
- Energized by growth, challenge, and making a meaningful impact in mental and behavioral health
