Job Summary:
The Director of Inside Sales is a dynamic leadership role focused on driving revenue growth through remote channels to within our current customer base. This position is responsible for developing strategic sales plans, leading and mentoring a team of inside sales professionals, and fostering strong client relationships. The successful candidate will leverage analytical insights and innovative sales strategies to continuously enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the sales process.

- Leadership & Team Management: Proven ability to lead, coach, and motivate a high-performing sales team while setting clear goals and establishing measurable performance benchmarks.
- Strategic Sales Planning: Skilled in developing and implementing comprehensive sales strategies, refining processes, and creating effective sales enablement materials.
- Analytical & Problem Solving: Proficient at analyzing sales data to monitor key metrics, forecast trends, and identify actionable opportunities for improvement.
- Customer Relationship Management:Expertise in building and maintaining strong client relationships and delivering tailored solutions that enhance customer satisfaction and retention.
- CRM Proficiency: Extensive experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) to manage sales operations, ensure data accuracy, and inform strategic decision-making.
- Interdepartmental Collaboration:Ability to work effectively with marketing, product development, and sales enablement teams to ensure alignment with company goals.
- Experience: 7-10 years of progressive sales experience, with a minimum of 3-5 years in a leadership or management role within a sales organization.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or a related field is required.
- Technical Skills: Demonstrated proficiency in CRM systems and sales analytics tools.
- Communication:Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a strong capacity to present ideas clearly and persuasively.
- Business Acumen:Deep understanding of sales cycles, pricing strategies, and customer acquisition methodologies.
- Advanced Degree:A Master’s degree in business administration (MBA) or a related discipline.
- Industry Experience:Background in remote sales and experience within industries that leverage virtual sales channels.
- Innovative Mindset:Track record of implementing process improvements that drive measurable increases in sales performance and efficiency.
- Leadership Excellence: A history of developing and mentoring emerging sales leaders and building robust sales teams that deliver consistent results.
