The Role
Hone is looking for a Dir, Brand Marketing (Integrated Marketing, PR, + Talent Partnerships) to join our team. In this role, you will report to VP, Brand Marketing and you will play a key role in building the strategy and processes driving brand awareness, market share of voice, and cross-functional marketing success for Hone Health.
Primary Responsibilities
Key responsibilities for this role include (but are not limited to) the following:
- Develop and lead marketing strategies, campaigns, and programs in support of brand awareness and perception, product adoption and usage, and revenue.
- Effectively collaborate with and influence cross-functional partners and stakeholders in Integrated 360 Marketing process, creating a marketing calendar and monthly alignment between all stakeholders
- Analytical acumen to establish and track success metrics across campaigns and brand (e.g. cost per engagement, engagement rate, ROI, EMV, reach, impressions, conversions, etc.)
- Develop and manage FY marketing calendar - identifying key moments and themes to amplify throughout the year
- Work with PR agency to align on opportunities in press and sponsorships that parallel the integrated marketing calendar; implement an internal crisis communications plan
- Lead innovation in talent partnership strategy - leveraging talent, creators, influencers and platform led ideas to build out a sustainable, scalable process for all talent tiers to elevate brand visibility, engagement, and conversion
- Stay ahead of the curve in our evolving industry, harnessing emerging trends, technologies, and consumer insights to inform creator strategy and inspire innovation in content creation, distribution, and engagement.
- Handle day-to-day talent relationship management, negotiation, and reporting across all metrics of success
- Work with agency partner to source and engage top tier talent for long term partnerships
- Manage resources across projects and programs
Qualifications
In order to qualify for this role, candidates must meet the following criteria:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or related field.
- 7+ years of experience in performance marketing, brand marketing, integrated marketing, creator partnerships, and/or public relations, with a proven track record of success in a fast-paced or startup environment
- Experience and strong interest in the Health + Wellness category preferred, but not required (including beauty or lifestyle)
- Demonstrated experience in influencer marketing, including setting comprehensive strategies with clear KPIs for success.
- Deep understanding of social media + creator platforms, trends, and best practices, with experience in developing and executing successful creator and social media campaigns.
- Analytical mindset with proficiency in creator platform tools and reporting metrics.
- Effective cross-functional collaboration and partnership across a variety of internal partners: Growth, content, social, community, creative, product, etc.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail and creativity
- Knowledge of PR strategies and tactics
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and adhere to deadlines while maintaining attention to detail and quality
- Comfortable in a fast-paced, frequently changing environment
- Creative problem-solving skills with a results-driven mindset
- Can quickly learn new technology systems and communication tools
- Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively
Compensation Range
$150,000-$170,000
