About the role:
We are looking for a Director of Marketing Operations to join our team to create a center of excellence for program management and execution, maximize the ROI of our program investments, and drive innovation in our marketing tech stack. This role will collaborate heavily with our revenue, finance, and operations teams and reports to the VP of Demand Generation.
This position is fully remote.
What you will do:
- Own marketing reporting and analyze channel and campaign performance to identify trends, uncover optimizations, and understand marketing pipeline contribution
- Manage our marketing programs budget, ensure investments exceed ROI targets, uncover new investment opportunities, and deliver performance insights to continuously improve spend efficiency
- Own and evolve our marketing tech stack and partner with the Office of the CMO and RevOps to drive the marketing technology strategy, roadmap, and AI innovation lab
- Manage Campaign Operations and Tracking, building scalable workflows, automating programs, and ensuring flawless campaign execution and QA
- Own lead management and lifecycle stages, design workflows to ensure efficient handoff to sales, and continually optimize the process to drive conversion
- Own marketing data strategy and governance for data capture, normalization, lead scoring, segmentation, and enrichment
What you will bring to the team:
- 7+ years of experience in marketing operations or related roles (Demand Generation, Revenue Operations) preferably at a B2B SaaS organization
- Deep familiarity with complex sales cycles and multi-touch attribution
- Direct experience implementing and owning Hubspot and experience with ZoomInfo, Outreach, Salesforce, Clay a plus
- Strategic thinker with a bias toward action and a strong true north towards program performance
Compensation Transparency:
The base salary range for this position is $150,000 - $185,000. Individual compensation for this role will depend on various factors, including qualifications, skills, and applicable laws. In addition to base compensation, this role is eligible to participate in our equity incentive and competitive benefits plans, including but not limited to: flexible PTO, Medical/Dental/Vision plan options, 401(k), Teladoc Health and more.
