Job Summary
As the Product Marketing Director, you will lead the development and execution of marketing strategies for our portfolio. You are responsible for defining product positioning, devising effective go-to-market strategies, and driving alignment between product, sales, and marketing (especially demand generation) teams. This role calls for a strategic thinker and skilled leader who thrives on innovation and data-driven decision-making while managing a team to deliver exceptional results.

- In addition to working in accordance with appropriate conduct and behavioral standards, specific responsibilities of this role include:
- Own product marketing strategy from concept to execution.
- Lead positioning, messaging, and market adoption of all Nextech products.
- Align product marketing activities with overall business goals and objectives.
- Drive deep market research and competitive intelligence to uncover growth opportunities.
- Analyze trends, competitor strategies, and customer behavior to shape product positioning and strategy.
- Design and execute product launches that maximize adoption and revenue potential.
- Partner with product management, sales, and marketing teams to continuously refine go-to-market plans.
- Manage and mentor a team of product marketers, ensuring their growth and success.
- Foster a collaborative environment to equip the team for seamless execution.
- Working closely with Creative Services and Demand Generation teams as well as the Product Management team, oversee the creation of high-value marketing assets, including product demos, case studies, and sales enablement materials.
- Direct campaign initiatives across channels to attract prospects, cross- and up-sell, and retain customers.
- Equip sales teams with compelling messaging, tools, and training to effectively communicate the product’s value.
- Partner with sales leadership to identify and address challenges.
- Define KPIs and measure the success of product marketing initiatives.
- Utilize analytics and reporting to refine strategies for continuous improvement.
- Carry out additional responsibilities as assigned based on business need
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
- 8+ years of experience in product marketing, with 3+ years in a leadership role, ideally within a SaaS company.
- Strong expertise in SaaS metrics, customer acquisition trends, and product life cycles.
- Proven track record of successful product launches and go-to-market strategies.
- Exceptional communication, storytelling, and interpersonal skills.
- Skilled in market research, analytics, and utilizing CRM and marketing platforms (e.g., Salesforce).
- Ability to lead teams and cross-functional collaboration effectively in high-growth environments.
- Master’s degree (MBA) is a plus.
- Remote work within the United States
- Long-distance or air travel as needed – not to exceed20 % travel.
