About The Role
We’re currently looking for a Strategic Finance Director to join our high-impact Finance team. Reporting to the Head of Corporate FP&A, this individual will play a critical role in driving forward key strategic initiatives, including M&A, annual strategic planning, and go-to-market strategies.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Projects
• Develop, maintain, and oversee company's financial models to annual support strategic planning process.
• Provide financial leadership on high-impact initiatives across the company including growth acceleration and product monetization.
• Act as a trusted advisor to senior leaders, providing decision-support analysis and framing strategic alternatives.
• Develop frameworks to assess ROI and business case modeling for new initiatives.
• Collaborate with relevant business teams to drive scalable and profitable go-to-market models.
• Benchmarking & Competitive Analysis: Help conduct industry benchmarking and analyze competitor performance to support strategic recommendations.
M&A and Strategic Initiatives
• Lead financial due diligence, modeling, and valuation for mergers, acquisitions, and strategic investments.
• Partner with Strategy and Business Unit leads to assess strategic fit and financial impact of potential deals.
• Drive cross-functional integration planning and execution support post-acquisition.
• Deliver executive-level summaries and board-ready presentations supporting deal rationale and financial implications.
Competencies
• 8+ years of relevant experience in corporate planning, strategic finance, investment banking, or related fields.
• Proven expertise in M&A execution and financial modeling.
• Strong strategic thinking and business acumen with a track record of cross-functional influence.
• Experience in SaaS or technology companies is a plus.
• Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills; familiarity with BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) preferred.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to clearly present complex financial concepts to non-financial stakeholders.
• Excitement about working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt well to change
• Strong relationship building, business judgment, process management, and communication skills
