Job Description

Our team is seeking a motivated and detail-orientedE-commerce Specialist to manage and optimize our U.S-based clients' online sales platforms, ensuring maximum visibility, profitability, and customer satisfaction.

Location:

Fully-Remote (Work from Home), 9 AM - 6 PM EST

Key Responsibilities:

  • E-commerce Platform Management: Oversee daily operations of e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, WooCommerce, Magento), ensuring functionality, security, and user experience.

  • SEO and SEM Optimization: Enhance search engine rankings and drive traffic through keyword research, content optimization, and paid ads.

  • Product Catalog Management: Update and maintain product listings for accuracy and consistency.

  • Conversion Rate Optimization: Analyze user behavior and market trends to improve conversion rates and site performance.

  • Customer Experience Enhancement: Work with marketing and customer service to improve the online shopping experience.

  • Analytics and Reporting: Generate reports on sales, site traffic, and customer engagement, providing actionable insights.

  • Digital Marketing Initiatives: Support digital marketing efforts including email marketing, social media ads, and influencer partnerships.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience).

  • Proven experience (X years) in an e-commerce role, preferably in a fast-paced environment.

  • Strong knowledge of e-commerce platforms and best practices (e.g., SEO, SEM, UX/UI design, analytics tools).

  • Excellent analytical skills and ability to translate data into actionable strategies.

  • Proficiency in Google Analytics, Microsoft Excel, and relevant software.

  • Strong project management skills with attention to detail and effective task prioritization.

  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills with cross-functional teams.
