Role Overview:
Join Turing as an Engagement Manager to lead the successful delivery of enterprise AI and GenAI solutions for top-tier clients. You’ll serve as the primary point of contact for client relationships, overseeing everything from discovery and scoping to execution and growth. This is a high-impact, customer-facing role that combines technical solutioning, delivery oversight, and strategic account expansion.
You’ll work closely with engineering leads, technical architects, and delivery managers to bring cutting-edge GenAI products to life—while ensuring each engagement is aligned to client goals, delivered on time, and positioned for long-term success.
Responsibilities:
- Own the end-to-end lifecycle of AI and GenAI solution delivery for enterprise clients
- Serve as the primary liaison between client stakeholders and internal delivery teams
- Translate business requirements into executable technical roadmaps
- Partner with technical leaders to scope, phase, and staff projects effectively
- Monitor project execution, manage risks, and ensure delivery excellence
- Identify and drive account growth opportunities based on client needs
- Maintain long-term relationships with C-level stakeholders and technical executives
- Provide consultative support and thought leadership to guide client AI strategy
Skills:
Must-Have:
- 6–10+ years of experience in consulting, product delivery, or technical services
- Prior experience leading GenAI/ML solution delivery in client-facing environments
- Proven success managing complex cross-functional projects with enterprise clients
- Strong background in customer-facing roles (e.g., solutions consultant, delivery manager)
- Excellent communication and executive stakeholder management skills
- Track record of driving end-to-end ownership of delivery and account growth
Nice-to-haves:
- Former experience at top consulting firms in deep tech or AI
- Enterprise delivery experience at AI-native companies like Scale AI, Invisible
- Technical leadership (e.g., CTO, Head of Engineering) at early-stage AI startups
- Familiarity with Generative AI use cases, RAG systems, and LLM APIs
Additional Details:
- Location: US-based; priority geos include NYC/NJ, Dallas, SF/Bay Area
- Travel: Open to travel and/or relocation to client locations as needed
- Compensation: $190K–$220K base + RSUs
