Position Overview: We are seeking a key Account Executive to lead Tridge's 'Land-and-Expand' strategy in the German market. As the first AE in Germany, your primary mission will be to build relationships with a select number of large enterprise clients and then expand those relationships to provide the full Tridge Eye solution portfolio.
Key Responsibilities:
- 'Land' Strategy: High-Value Client Acquisition & Value Proposition (70%):
- Identify ideal customer profiles (ICPs) within Germany and execute highly targeted outbound campaigns to large agri-food enterprises.
- Understand a prospect's core challenges and propose and close deals on the Tridge Eye solution with a clear value proposition. You must articulate how Tridge Eye can solve their supply chain problems and help them reduce costs and manage risks through AI-powered market intelligence. Your role is to become a vital partner in their decision-making process by effectively communicating this value to C-level executives.
- Lead client meetings and collaborate with the HQ technical team to successfully demonstrate value.
- 'Expand' Strategy: In-Account Relationship Growth (30%):
- Deepen client relationships and identify cross-sell and upsell opportunities for additional solutions like Tridge Pay.
Qualifications:
- Required:
- Native-level German and professional-level English proficiency.
- 4-15 years of B2B sales experience in the German B2B SaaS or data solutions sector.
- Deep understanding and proven experience with 'Land-and-Expand' or similar sales models.
- Strong drive to achieve goals and ability to work autonomously.
- Residency in a major German city (e.g., Frankfurt, Berlin, Munich, Hamburg) and willingness to conduct face-to-face meetings with clients as needed.
- Preferred:
- Interest in agri-tech, commodities, food, or supply chain-related industries.
- Proficiency with sales automation tools like HubSpot and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
- Experience working at a startup or during a GTM launch phase.
