What’s the opportunity?


We are looking for an experienced Project Specialist to join our team, with a particular focus on sustainability and corporate social responsibility (ESG) projects. This person will be responsible for supporting and managing various projects, including ESG-related initiatives, ensuring the company meets its sustainability and social responsibility goals. The ideal candidate should have experience in the Fintech industry and be able to work closely with the Regulatory Project Manager.



What will I be doing?
  • Support the Regulatory Project Manager in planning, coordinating, and executing various projects.
  • Focus on ESG projects, developing and implementing sustainability strategies.
  • Collaborate with internal and external teams to ensure project alignment and achievement of objectives.
  • Monitor and report on the progress of projects, including ESG initiatives.
  • Conduct environmental and social impact assessments and analyses.
  • Stay updated with best practices and trends in sustainability and ESG.
  • Prepare reports and presentations for senior management and stakeholders.


What skills do I need?
  • Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science, Business Administration, International Relations, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in project management, with a focus on ESG or sustainability projects.
  • Experience in the Fintech industry.
  • Deep knowledge of ESG regulations and standards.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English; Spanish is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
