As the Executive Assistant, you’ll work closely with the founder and play a key role in supporting various functions across the business. Fully-Remote (Work from Home), 9 AM - 5 PM EST
Key Responsibilities
Collaboration with Founder: Work closely with the founder, providing timely support on key initiatives, and helping implement ideas and decisions across departments.
Content & Marketing Assistance: Help coordinate content creation and marketing tasks, supporting efforts to promote the platform and engage with the community.
Admin Project Coordination: Manage administrative tasks, including project tracking, communications, and ensuring the founder stays on top of key deliverables.
Partnership Support: Collaborate with the partnerships team to manage relationships and facilitate partnership execution.
Task Management: Coordinate and track progress of various tasks, ensuring smooth and efficient business operations.
Problem Solving: Proactively identify bottlenecks and take steps to resolve issues, ensuring effective progress of tasks and projects.
Qualifications
2+ years in administrative, operations, or executive assistant roles, preferably in startups or fast-paced environments.
Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and deadlines across projects.
Resourceful with creative problem-solving abilities.
Strong verbal and written communication skills to interact effectively with various stakeholders.
Tech-savvy with proficiency in Google Workspace, Slack, and project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello).
Proactive attitude with ability to take initiative and know when to seek clarification.
Detail-oriented with commitment to high-quality work.
Comfortable with ambiguity and eager to work in a dynamic, evolving environment.
Bonus: Experience in the food industry.
