Executive Assistant

We are looking for a mission-driven, passionate, highly organized Executive Assistant to provide administrative support to the CEO and leadership team. This role will be responsible for a wide array of tasks to help the CEO and leadership team work more efficiently. We are looking for someone with excellent organizational and communication skills who is excited to work in a fast paced environment and directly support leadership in managing a highly complex and quickly evolving business.

What you’ll do:

  • Provide administrative support to CEO, CTO, CPCO, CFO, CPO
  • Manage highly complex calendars and scheduling via Google Suite
  • Plan and coordinate external meetings, which may include cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and outside vendors
  • Assist in document management, compilation, distribution, and storage
  • Compile receipts to file expense reports and track reimbursement status
  • Coordinate travel arrangements and accommodations
  • Be available to help with ad hoc projects across the business to help the leadership team work more efficiently
  • Provide offsite support such as booking meal reservations
  • Be available to come into the Brooklyn office upon requests to greet guests and provide access into the space
  • Coordinate grocery and food deliveries

Who you are:

  • You have 2-4 years of professional work experience
  • You’ve got strong strong computer skills including the ability to work in G Suite
  • You might have experience with systems such as Greenhouse and Airtable
  • You’ve supported a CEO or other high level executive
  • You are able to maintain a high level of integrity and discretion in handling confidential information
  • You possess the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, readily adapting to continually changing proprieties and deadlines
  • You are independent and proactive
  • You have strong administrative and organization skills with attention to detail
  • You are a strong communicator; both verbally and written
  • You are based in NYC and comfortable with a hybrid role

Salary Band: $100,000 - $120,000
