She is also the co-host of the CRE Unplugged podcast that dives into themes and topics surrounding innovation within commercial real estate. Nadine is also a Founding Leader of the U.S. Proptech Council, a nonprofit member-based organization focused on research, education and fostering innovation in the proptech and real estate industries as the trade association in the United States.
About the Role
We’re looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Executive Assistant to support our founder in daily operations. This role is critical in managing communication, scheduling, and podcast coordination, and has the potential to evolve into a Chief of Staff role over time.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage the founder’s calendar and schedule meetings, ensuring smooth flow and minimal conflicts.
- Own email management, handling up to 99% of inbox tasks including drafting, responding, organising, and prioritising messages.
- Handle client invoicing / billing activities and follow-up communications to ensure timely payment.
- Ensure timely payment of all business expenses.
- Assist in personal scheduling / tasks for the Founder.
- Coordinate guest outreach and communications for our podcast (including research, scheduling, and follow-ups).
- Conduct background research on guests and topics to support episode planning and broader business initiatives.
- Act as a sounding board and right-hand support—managing recurring tasks and jumping in where needed.
- Ensure high-quality execution with a warm, human touch.
What We’re Looking For

- Excellent written and spoken English.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to juggle multiple priorities.
- Tech-savvy with comfort using tools like Gmail, Google Calendar, Notion, Zoom, and Slack.
- Availability to work most hours in the EST timezone.
Preferred Background
- Based in the Philippines or India.
- 2+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant, Virtual Assistant, or in a similar operations support role.
- Experience coordinating podcast guests or supporting content creators is a plus.
- Familiarity with client-facing roles or personal brand support is a bonus.
