Your Role:
As an employee of Offshore Launch, you are being hired for a unique role within a target Client’s company. We value long-term partnerships, and seek to recruit talent that will serve an individual Client’s business for multiple years.
You will work full-time with the Client company. However, the Agency provides ongoing support to ensure your continued success. As such, we create space for ongoing check-ins, feedback and development through:
- Membership in the Offshore Launch Slack workspace
- Bi-weekly All Team meetings
- Monthly reviews

Responsibilities:
- Manage the CEO’s inbox and task list, ensuring timely follow-ups and clear priorities.
- Schedule meetings, coordinate calls, and assist with business communication.
- Shift invoicing to QuickBooks and handle sending, tracking, and collecting payments.
- Prepare and maintain essential client documents like W9s and COIs.
- Help create and document standard operating procedures for smoother operations.
- Assist in setting up tools and systems to improve workflow efficiency.
- Support bid tracking and internal organization for future growth opportunities.
- Act as a proactive and dependable support to the CEO in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements:
- 5+ years experience in an operational and executive assistant role.
- Highly detail-oriented and thrives on clarity, structure, and follow-through.
- Proactive and takes initiative—anticipates needs before being asked.
- Tech-savvy with tools like QuickBooks, Google Workspace, Slack, and Zoom.
- Communicates clearly and professionally, both in writing and over the phone.
- Able to manage shifting priorities and work independently with minimal supervision.
- Brings experience supporting small U.S.-based businesses, ideally in construction or trades.
- Bonus if you’ve worked with entrepreneurs or supported civil/construction projects.
- A plus if you have a knack for improving workflows and streamlining operations.
Schedule: 9AM - 5PM CST
Compensation & Benefits (to be provided by Offshore Launch):
- $1000 - $1500/mo. depending on experience
- $500 bonus at 90 days and $1,800 available in annual performance bonuses
- 13th month pay
- Performance-based bonuses
- Comprehensive HMO policy, including dependents.
- Annual continuing education budget to support professional development
