Your Mission:
As a strategic Executive Assistant on the Engine Team, you will be the linchpin for efficient operations and effective communication, directly enabling the success of our leadership and critical initiatives. This role is more than just administrative; it's about proactively driving impact and ensuring our leadership can focus on our ambitious growth goals.
Executive Support (to our Chief People Officer) and Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Proactively manage and streamline complex calendars, travel arrangements, and intricate meeting logistics, ensuring seamless execution and maximum time efficiency.
- Strategically coordinate complex email correspondence and optimize inbox organization to prioritize critical communications and drive timely action.
- Act as a primary liaison and trusted point of contact for the executive, expertly facilitating clear, concise, and timely communication with internal and external stakeholders at all levels.
- Coordinate and ensure materials are prepped for leadership meetings, including agendas, presentations, and follow-up actions.
- Manage confidential information with discretion and professionalism across all levels of the organization.
- Anticipate needs and proactively solve problems to remove obstacles and maximize executive efficiency.
- Support key projects as needed such as org planning, onboarding, internal events, or culture initiatives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely execution of executive-level initiatives.

Compensation
Our compensation packages are based on several factors, including your experience and expertise. In addition to a competitive base salary, total compensation may include equity and/or variable pay (OTE). Your recruiter will share your complete compensation package as you move through the process.
