Role Overview:
As an Executive Assistant, you will play a pivotal role in supporting across different functions. This position requires a high level of organization, excellent communication skills, and the ability to handle multiple tasks and projects. You will provide marketing support by managing data and coming up with creative ideas, assist with payroll and administrative tasks, and ensure that day-to-day operations run smoothly. The ideal candidate is a self-starter with a positive attitude, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to think independently while staying aligned with team goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Administrative & Logistical Support:
Provide general administrative support, including scheduling and managing calendars, booking travel, and organizing meetings.
Coordinate logistics for internal and external events, ensuring all necessary resources and details are in place.
Handle inbox management, prioritizing emails and responding promptly.
Marketing Support & Creative Input:
Draft synopses and work with marketing data to generate insights and suggestions for campaigns.
Collaborate with the marketing team to come up with creative ideas and help implement them.
Analyze marketing data and provide actionable suggestions to optimize strategies and improve results.
Payroll & Financial Support:
Assist with payroll management, ensuring all numbers are accurate and processed on time.
Handle data entry related to payroll and other financial tasks.
CRM & Data Management:
Manage CRM data and ensure all relevant information is accurately updated and maintained.
Assist in organizing and tracking key deliverables across departments.
Stakeholder Management & Team Collaboration:
Act as a liaison for various stakeholders, providing timely communication and ensuring smooth operations.
Be a reliable team player who works well with colleagues across departments.
Maintain excellent relationships with internal and external stakeholders through consistent communication and follow-up.
Self-Starter & Innovative Problem-Solver:
Bring your own ideas to the table and contribute proactively to team discussions.
Continuously look for ways to improve internal processes and workflows.
Be comfortable working independently while ensuring all tasks and deliverables are met.
Qualifications:
Experience & Skills:
2+ years of experience in an Executive Assistant or similar administrative support role.
Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
Familiarity with CRM systems and data management is preferable.
Previous experience in marketing support is a plus.
Highly proficient in Google Workspace, Microsoft Office Suite, and payroll/data entry tools.
Fluent in English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
