Your Role:
Join a fast-growing U.S. company specializing in stone care and restoration for residential and commercial clients. You’ll support daily operations, manage contracts and proposals, coordinate client communications, and help ensure every project meets top-quality standards.
You’ll work remotely as part of the client’s team, but you’re fully supported by Offshore Launch—with ongoing check-ins, feedback, and professional development.

Responsibilities:
- Own proposal and contract management, ensuring QA checklists, required photos, and video walkthroughs
- Prepare and update contracts in PandaDoc.
- Manage prompt, professional client communications and follow-ups.
- Post project photos to Google Business Profile; repurpose for social media.
- Track and update all tasks in Trello.
- Maintain accurate records, scheduling, and data entry.
- Manage HubSpot CRM (upload deals, update info, create automations).
- Organize and update training materials/SOPs in Trainual.
- Proactively suggest and implement process improvements.
Requirements:
- 5+ years admin support, including contract/proposal management and client communications.
- Strong with PandaDoc, Google Suite, Microsoft Office, HubSpot, Trello.
- Excellent organization and project management skills.
- Effective written and verbal communication.
- Able to prioritize and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
- Social media and Google Business Profile experience a plus.
- Comfortable with cybersecurity protocols and background checks.
- Fast learner with new tools (Trainual, Loom, Company Cam).
Schedule: 9AM - 5PM CST
Compensation & Benefits (to be provided by Offshore Launch):
- $900 - $1400/mo. depending on experience
- $500 bonus at 90 days and $1,800 available in annual performance bonuses
- 13th month pay
- Performance-based bonuses
- Comprehensive HMO policy, including dependents.
- Annual continuing education budget to support professional development
