About this role
We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Executive Assistant based in Latin America to provide comprehensive support to our executive leadership team. This fully remote position is an excellent opportunity for an Executive Assistant and will involve exciting project work, the opportunity to work with Pareto’s senior leaders, organise complex, external and internal facing meetings, and you will be joining a dynamic and inclusive team!

What you'll do
Implement and drive strategic events and initiatives from leadership
Facilitate communication between executive leaders and global clients
Manage our leaders’ complex calendars and schedules across multiple time zones
Prepare and edit correspondence, presentations, and reports
Handle, organize, and maintain the confidentiality of sensitive information
What you'll need
2+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant or in Project Management or in Operations
Fluency in English + strong written and verbal communication skills
Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities
Ability to work effectively with minimal supervision and across multiple departments
Ability to priorities and handle multiple assignments at any given time
Experience with project management and workflow optimization tools
Impeccable attention to detail
High levels of integrity and discretion
Proficiency with Google Workspace, and virtual meeting platforms
Experience working in an international context, preferably for a US-based company
Nice to Have
Experience working in a tech startup environment
Prior experience as a project manager as it is a key part of our business
Work Environment
Fully remote position based in Latin America
Flexible schedule with core hours overlapping with US Pacific Time business hours
Occasional travel may be required (1-2 times per year)
