Job Responsibilities
  • General familiarity with Zoho One, especially CRM and Books. Marketing Automation, Directory, Learn, and Projects are also a plus.
  • Assist with various one-off and ongoing tasks inside Zoho CRM and Zoho Projects
  • Create documentation for new processes
  • Manage invoicing and expense entries in Books
  • Account reconciliation in Zoho Books
  • Build out customer journeys in Zoho Marketing Automation
  • Respond to client communication and route to relevant parties.
  • Research grants, contests, speaker opportunities, associations, podcasts, and interview opportunities.
  • Conduct keyword and trending hashtag research
  • Edit video content for blogs using Capcut or Adobe Premiere
  • Update and manage tracking spreadsheets related to various operational tasks
  • Minor edits to website using CMS (Hubspot currently, soon Wordpress)
Job Requirements
  • Seasoned Operations, Executive and Marketing VA or similar role (used to wearing multiple hats).
  • 2+ years experience with copy writing and content creation preferred.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, startup-type environment.
  • Proficiency with Klaviyo, HubSpot, Quickbooks, Google Suite, Calendly and Bonsai preferred.
  • Excellent writing and communication skills.

Schedule: 9AM - 5PM EST

Compensation & Benefits (to be provided by Offshore Launch):

  • $1200 - $1800/mo. depending on experience
  • $500 bonus at 90 days and up to $1,8000 in annual performance bonus
  • 13th month pay
  • 16 Days PTO
  • Comprehensive HMO policy, including dependents.
  • Annual continuing education budget to support professional development
