Quite simply: our mission is for you to earn more every single year. And we back you up to make that happen.
Your Mission: Be the Backbone Behind the Brand
You’ll be the right hand to an owner who is high-energy, relationship-driven, and in high demand.
Your mission is simple but critical:
-
Get the owner out of the weeds. Take over time-consuming admin, follow-up, and backend execution so she can focus on relationships, sales, and strategic growth.
-
Turn ideas into action. When she throws out an idea, you help shape it into a project plan—with clear next steps and follow-through.
-
Catch what slips through. From untagged leads in the CRM to scheduling gaps or late invoices, you notice and handle the things others miss.
-
Amplify her zone of genius. Free her up for more 1:1s, more strategic partnerships, more community networking, and more brand-building content—so her time drives visibility, momentum, and revenue.
Responsibilities:
Day-to-day operational rhythm:
-
Run weekly payroll (track hours, tips, commissions)
-
Categorize and reconcile transactions in QuickBooks + YNAB
-
Keep our CRM (Jobber) organized and moving—tag leads, track follow-ups, update statuses
-
Monitor inbound calls, emails, and inquiries—be our client whisperer and brand voice
-
Schedule cleanings and send reminders with grace and precision
Systemize and streamline:
-
Draft and update SOPs based on observed workflows
-
Identify bottlenecks and clean them up before they slow us down
-
Spot gaps, create lists, build dashboards—whatever helps us move faster with clarity
Marketing + momentum:
-
Coordinate social posts (you don’t have to be the writer—we’ve got the voice, you’ll help it get out)
-
Pull gold from the field—client praise, crew wins, before & afters, team culture moments
-
Publish 2x/week updates on our Google Business Profile
-
Track and respond to reviews using pre-approved templates (and your own intuition)
Referrals and relationship-building:
-
Maintain a “Local Power List” of realtors, property managers, and partners
-
Monitor local FB/Nextdoor groups for service requests—and respond like the pro you are
-
Track client referrals and design simple follow-up systems to turn every happy customer into a repeat customer
You'll Love This Role If You:
- Have experience supporting a fast-paced founder or small business owner
- Are equal parts detail-oriented and resourceful
- Know your way around Quickbooks and CRM tools (we use Jobber)Are organized, proactive, and calm under pressure
- Pride yourself on excellent communication—concise, clear, and warm
- Thrive on anticipating needs, scanning for ways to add value, and not just responding to tasks
- Feel energized supporting someone else's vision and helping them win
Schedule: 9AM - 5PM EST
Compensation & Benefits (to be provided by Offshore Launch):
- $1000 - $1500/mo. depending on experience
- $500 bonus at 90 days and up to $2,250 in annual performance bonus

Verify Employer Thoroughly
Research the company's identity thoroughly before applying. Check for a professional website with contacts, active social media, and LinkedIn profiles. Verify details across platforms and look for reviews on Glassdoor or Trustpilot to confirm legitimacy.
Never Pay to Get a Job
Legitimate employers never require payment for applications, training, background checks, or equipment. Always reject upfront payment requests or demands for bank details, even if they claim it's for purchasing necessary work gear on your behalf.
Safeguard Your Personal Information
Protect sensitive data like SSN, bank details, or ID copies. Share this only after accepting a formal, written job offer. Ensure it's submitted via a secure company system or portal, never through insecure channels like standard email attachments.
Scrutinize Communication & Interviews
Watch for communication red flags: poor grammar, generic emails (@gmail), vague details, or undue pressure. Be highly suspicious of interviews held only via text or chat apps; legitimate companies typically use video or phone calls.
Beware of Unrealistic Offers
If an offer's salary or benefits seem unrealistically high for the work involved, be cautious. Research standard pay for similar roles. Offers that appear 'too good to be true' are often scams designed to lure you into providing information or payment.
Insist on a Formal Contract
Always secure and review a formal, written job offer or employment contract before starting work or sharing final personal details. Ensure it clearly defines your role, compensation, key terms, and conditions to avoid misunderstandings or scams.
