The Role:
This position will provide a first-class EA service and be the "right hand" to a senior executive within the leadership team. You will utilize your understanding of the business to effectively prioritize, support ad-hoc projects, liaise with stakeholders, and help ensure the many goals are achieved. As a scaling company we need your support in making sure things are running smoothly, ensuring seamless and efficient operations for the company.
You will ensure all administrative tasks are completed quickly and accurately, collaborate with other team members globally and function as efficiently as possible, whilst dealing with varying communications from both internal and external parties. You must be someone who is able to handle sensitive and confidential information, who is on the ball, and who wants to get involved with a range of projects around the business.
Responsibilities:
- Calendar and inbox management, travel planning, and scheduling
- Communicate effectively with Senior Managers/Partners and clients in a timely manner
- Maintain accurate templates and folders on SharePoint and other systems
- Support with a range of administration-focused projects
- Any other duties as required
Qualifications & Experience:
- 8+ years of senior administrative support experience in a professional environment
- Law firm or Professional Services experience desirable
- Fluent English (verbal and written communications)
- Strong proficiency in MS office, particularly Excel/Word (fact/spell checking, formatting, proofreading etc.)
- Experience of working within a remote environment
- Calendar and inbox management, travel planning, and scheduling
- Excellent organizational / project management skills
- Ability to remain poised under pressure, multitask, and prioritize effectively
- Ability to handle sensitive information confidentially
