Turing Intelligence is our AI solutions division, focused on delivering high-impact business outcomes across industries through cutting-edge AI and software engineering. We work at the intersection of innovation, execution, and speed—bringing AI from vision to reality.

About the Role

We’re looking for a Field Marketing Manager to plan and execute high-impact, highly-targeted marketing initiatives that support sales pipeline growth, client engagement, and go-to-market momentum.

In this role, you’ll be embedded in the heart of our GTM team, working closely with Sales, Product, Content, and RevOps to deliver events, campaigns, and programs that drive demand and accelerate deals. You’ll have the opportunity to shape strategy, own execution, and work cross-functionally to build meaningful connections with prospects and customers. This is a strategic, collaborative, and fast-paced role for someone who knows how to move from vision to activation with precision.

What You’ll Do

  • Develop and execute field marketing programs that drive lead generation, pipeline velocity, and revenue growth
  • Partner with Sales to align field efforts with account strategies, industry motions, and territory needs
  • Build and manage a calendar of in-person and virtual experiences, including executive dinners, roundtables, roadshows, sponsored events, and webinars
  • Plan and run ABM-style campaigns tailored to enterprise accounts, industries, or sales segments
  • Collaborate with Product Marketing and Content to bring targeted messaging and value propositions into every program
  • Own campaign performance tracking (MQL → SQL → Opportunity), lead flow, and post-event follow-up processes
  • Identify and activate customer case studies and success stories for use across channels
  • Work with RevOps and Marketing Ops to ensure data integrity, lead routing, and pipeline attribution
  • Act as the connective tissue between campaign strategy, brand, sales enablement, and execution
  • Contribute to the annual GTM planning process with field-level insights and ideas

What We’re Looking For

  • 5+ years of B2B marketing experience, ideally in tech, AI, SaaS, or professional services
  • Strong experience with field, partner, or ABM marketing—ideally at a company with complex sales cycles and high-value buyers
  • Proven track record of owning programs end-to-end and delivering measurable results
  • Ability to work cross-functionally and communicate clearly with Sales, Product, and Marketing leadership
  • Familiarity with Salesforce, Asana, and marketing automation tools (HubSpot preferred)
  • Excellent writing, project management, and stakeholder management skills
  • Data-driven mindset with strong instincts for messaging, timing, and audience targeting
  • High attention to detail, flexibility, and ability to operate in a fast-paced environment
  • Willingness to travel for events and customer activations

Bonus Points If You Have

  • Experience marketing to enterprise innovation, data science, or engineering buyers
  • Understanding of GenAI, applied AI, or software engineering services
  • Exposure to vertical marketing strategies or account-based approaches

Advantages of joining Turing:

  • Amazing work culture (Super collaborative & supportive work environment; 5 days a week)
  • Awesome colleagues (Surround yourself with top talent from Meta, Google, LinkedIn etc. as well as people with deep startup experience)
  • Competitive compensation
  • Flexible working hours
  • Full-time remote opportunity

Safe Remote Job Search Tips

Verify Employer Thoroughly

Research the company's identity thoroughly before applying. Check for a professional website with contacts, active social media, and LinkedIn profiles. Verify details across platforms and look for reviews on Glassdoor or Trustpilot to confirm legitimacy.

Never Pay to Get a Job

Legitimate employers never require payment for applications, training, background checks, or equipment. Always reject upfront payment requests or demands for bank details, even if they claim it's for purchasing necessary work gear on your behalf.

Safeguard Your Personal Information

Protect sensitive data like SSN, bank details, or ID copies. Share this only after accepting a formal, written job offer. Ensure it's submitted via a secure company system or portal, never through insecure channels like standard email attachments.

Scrutinize Communication & Interviews

Watch for communication red flags: poor grammar, generic emails (@gmail), vague details, or undue pressure. Be highly suspicious of interviews held only via text or chat apps; legitimate companies typically use video or phone calls.

Beware of Unrealistic Offers

If an offer's salary or benefits seem unrealistically high for the work involved, be cautious. Research standard pay for similar roles. Offers that appear 'too good to be true' are often scams designed to lure you into providing information or payment.

Insist on a Formal Contract

Always secure and review a formal, written job offer or employment contract before starting work or sharing final personal details. Ensure it clearly defines your role, compensation, key terms, and conditions to avoid misunderstandings or scams.
