What's the opportunity?
As our FP&A Specialist, you will embrace a dynamic business landscape while collaborating across departments to drive strategic financial insights and make a tangible impact on our financial journey. - Budget construction and control throughout the organization.
- Collaborate effectively with the finance department and other internal partners to drive comprehensive executive reporting.
- Tracking KPIs and preparing financial reports.
- Analyzing profitability and deep dive margin analysis.
- Performing ad-hoc business analysis and financial modeling.
- Designing impactful and enlightening presentations.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field. Master’s degree will be a plus.
- Experience in FP&A, in multinational companies, or payments industry (desirable).
- Proficiency in utilizing Google Sheets and Business Intelligence as your tools of choice, enabling you to effectively communicate financial insights and analyze data.
- Exceptional finance and analytical abilities, to drive informed decision-making.
- Strong cross-functional collaboration skills, allowing you to seamlessly collaborate with multiple functional areas.
- Advanced/Fluent in English.
