Your Role
As an employee of Offshore Launch, you are being hired for a unique role within a target Client’s company. We value long-term partnerships, and seek to recruit talent that will serve an individual Client’s business for multiple years.
You will work full-time with the Client company. However, the Agency provides ongoing support to ensure your continued success. As such, we create space for ongoing check-ins, feedback and development through:
- Membership in the Offshore Launch Slack workspace
- Bi-weekly All Team meetings
- Monthly reviews

About the Client
Responsibilities:
- Maintain accurate books for approximately 20 clients across various industries
- Manage all QuickBooks operations, including transaction entry and categorization
- Produce monthly financial reports and statements for clients
- Address client questions and needs throughout the month
- Conduct regular client meetings to review financials and provide guidance
- Handle bookkeeping for diverse business types (e.g., restaurants, churches, IT companies, salons)
- Process payroll-related entries, reconciliations, and journal entries
- Integrate with payroll providers and manage payroll data
- Ensure compliance with sales tax and payroll tax requirements
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a full charge bookkeeper
- Advanced proficiency with QuickBooks
- Strong client-facing communication skills
- Solid understanding of payroll systems and tax fundamentals
- Ability to manage multiple client accounts simultaneously
- Experience working with a variety of industries (restaurant experience is a plus)
- Knowledge of sales tax and payroll tax processes
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and professionally in a remote setting
- Adaptability to handle industry-specific bookkeeping requirements
Compensation & Benefits (to be provided by Offshore Launch):
- Up to $1800/month, depending on experience
- $500 bonus at 90 days
- 13th month pay
- HMO coverage (including dependents)
