About the Opportunity
What You’ll Be Doing
- Lead the development and execution of innovative, data-driven growth strategies across LATAM.
- Manage a multi-channel growth plan, including paid acquisition, PR, SEO/ASO, paid social, content creation, affiliates, and offline activations.
- Tailor and localize marketing strategies to resonate with LATAM audiences while maintaining brand consistency.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (product, creative, customer support, and operations) to align initiatives and drive results.
- Own the full user lifecycle: acquisition, activation, engagement, retention, and reactivation.
- Analyze performance data to optimize campaigns and report on KPIs such as user growth, engagement metrics, and trading volume.
- Build partnerships with key community leaders, influencers, and media outlets in the region.
- Adapt global strategies for local execution, ensuring cultural relevance and compliance with local regulations.
- Serve as a key voice for LATAM users internally, helping to shape product improvements and local initiatives.
What We Look For In You
- 8+ years of experience in growth, digital marketing, or user acquisition, ideally in crypto, fintech, or tech industries.
- Proven track record managing multi-channel campaigns that drive measurable growth.
- Strong background in paid acquisition, SEO/ASO, paid social, PR, and content marketing.
- Deep understanding of cryptocurrency, blockchain technology, and LATAM user behavior.
- Excellent communication skills in Spanish and English (Portuguese is a plus).
- Ability to work independently, prioritize effectively, and operate in a fast-paced, remote-friendly environment.
- Data-driven mindset with a strong focus on ROI and performance metrics.
- Previous experience building and scaling growth initiatives across multiple countries in LATAM is highly preferred.
