The Role

We are looking for a Growth Marketing Designer to join our team and take ownership of the UX/UI design across key customer touchpoints, including landing pages, home pages, blogs, and emails. Your primary goal will be to design engaging, user-centered experiences that drive conversions and enhance customer satisfaction. This role is critical in shaping how users interact with our product and helping the business achieve its growth objectives through data-driven design improvements.

Primary Responsibilities

Key responsibilities for this role include (but are not limited to) the following:

  • Own the Design Process: Lead the end-to-end design process for landing pages, home pages, email and blog layouts, ensuring a seamless, high-converting user experience.
  • Increase Conversions: Collaborate closely with CRO, growth, and marketing teams to design and optimize key areas of the site, focusing on improving conversion rates, reducing friction, and enhancing user engagement.
  • Data-Driven Design: Use A/B testing results, user research, user testing, and analytics to inform design decisions and iterate on your work. Optimize designs based on user behavior, feedback, and conversion metrics.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, engineers, marketers, and content teams to ensure alignment between design, business goals, and technical feasibility.
  • Prototype & Wireframe: Develop wireframes, interactive prototypes, and high-fidelity designs to effectively communicate your design vision and solutions to stakeholders.
  • Technical Support & Implementation: Implement design systems that enhance the customer journey, driving engagement and business growth through innovative and user-centric design solutions. Provide technical guidance and support to the development team, ensuring design feasibility and optimal implementation.
  • Maintain Consistency: Ensure all designs are aligned with brand guidelines and contribute to a cohesive, consistent user experience across platforms and touchpoints.
  • Stay Up-to-Date: Stay current with industry trends, best practices, and emerging tools in UX/UI design and conversion rate optimization (CRO).

Qualifications

In order to qualify for this role, candidates must meet the following criteria:

  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and adhere to deadlines while maintaining attention to detail and quality
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced, frequently changing environment
  • Creative problem-solving skills with a results-driven mindset
  • Can quickly learn new technology systems and communication tools
  • Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively
  • Proven experience as a UX/UI or product designer, preferably with a focus on growth and conversion optimization.
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating a track record of designing high-converting, user-centric digital experiences.
  • Expertise in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar.
  • Knowledge of front-end development principles (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus.
  • Familiarity with A/B testing, user research, and data analysis for informed design decisions.

Compensation Range

$90,000 - $110,000 annually
