About the role:
We’re looking for a Growth Marketing Manager who is excited to design, launch, and optimize marketing campaigns that drive member sign-ups and engagement with Garner and build reporting to analyze & optimize marketing performance. This high-impact role is at the heart of our growth engine - helping us engage more members, deliver a first-class member experience, and ultimately improve health outcomes at scale. We are looking for a strategic thinker who is analytical and excited to test & scale new marketing ideas, build new processes, and analyze data & reporting to generate insights and optimize our marketing performance. You’ll combine marketing, data & analytics, and cross-functional collaboration (working with Product, Data & Reporting, and Account Management) to drive member engagement and client retention. The role reports to the VP of Growth Marketing.
This position is fully remote.
What you will do:
- Run multi-channel marketing campaigns: Build and launch marketing campaigns across channels (e.g., email, direct mail, and SMS) utilizing marketing automation tools platforms like Iterable) to drive member sign-ups and engagement with Garner.
- Analyze performance & deliver insights: Measure and analyze campaign & channel performance metrics to generate recommendations to optimize future campaigns. Own key member engagement dashboards, improve marketing attribution, and develop regular reporting to understand success of our marketing campaigns and how to optimize future campaigns.
- Refine messaging and segmentation: Design and implement A/B tests to refine targeting and messaging and optimize campaign performance. Use data to identify key segments and tailor marketing strategy and campaigns by segment.
- Collaborate cross-functionally: Partner with Product, Account Management, Data, & Reporting to support new product launches and custom client marketing initiatives and analyze and optimize marketing performance.
- Optimize new processes: Build and improve scalable marketing processes to improve efficiency.
What you will bring to the team:
- 3+ years of B2C marketing experience in growth marketing, lifecycle marketing, marketing operations, or similar role
- Hands-on experience executing multi-channel marketing campaigns using marketing automation and CRM platforms (preferably Iterable)
- Excellent analytical and reporting skills – the ability to analyze, interpret, and generate actionable insights and next steps. Comfortable with dashboards, analyzing marketing performance, understanding marketing attribution, and reporting.
- Strong project management skills - the ability to juggle multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and work cross-functionally
- Collaborative team player with strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic start-up environment
- A desire to be a part of our mission to improve the U.S. healthcare system

Compensation Transparency:
The target salary range for this position is: $86,000 - $120,000. Individual compensation for this role will depend on various factors, including qualifications, skills, and applicable laws. In addition to base compensation, this role is eligible to participate in our equity incentive and competitive benefits plans, including but not limited to: flexible PTO, Medical/Dental/Vision plan options, 401(k), Teladoc Health and more.
