We are seeking a highly strategic and detail-oriented Manager, Retail Marketing to join our dynamic team. This individual will play a critical role in supporting the efforts of our retail operations by developing and executing marketing strategies and campaigns that enhance the client experience and drive brand awareness, traffic and incremental sales. The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in retail and/or brand management and a proven track record of implementing successful marketing strategies across retail environments.
- Collaborate closely with Retail Marketing Director and cross-functional teams to craft and execute marketing campaigns, including post-flight analysis, product storytelling and cross-channel activations.
- Manage projects on time and proactively identify issues and work with the cross - functional team to resolve
- Develop analysis and gather information to support plans / strategy development and help market recommendations that drive business results
- Drive, analyze and research total category trends and develop insights to support long-term strategy
- Develop and oversee the strategy, planning and implementation of all sampling programs, including sampling, forecasting, and management
- Manage planning and coordinate deliverables for the retail channel from start to finish, ensuring all timelines are met
- Develop the creation and management of the 360 retail strategy in alignment with brand level intiatives
- Manage the development and execution of multi-channel marketing campaigns to drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and sales growth
- Lead visual merchandising strategy and collaboration efforts across all retail to ensure a cohesive and consistent brand presentation
- Oversee and manage cross-retail channel sampling campaigns, ensuring that samples are strategically aligned with brand and retail marketing activations.
- Serve as the main point of contact for all retail marketing asset requests and act as a liaison between brand and retail partners.
- Present ideation for new messaging opportunities and narratives, including identifying opportunities while utilizing performance insights to ensure our message remains consistent across all retail channels
- Lead the creation of post-campaign reporting for all retail marketing campaigns
- Manage additional ad-hoc tasks as needed to support the marketing department and collaborate with other teams
- 4+ years experience in corporate retail marketing or brand marketing
- Familiarity with the retail prestige environment, particularly within Sephora, is a must
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable strategies
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
- Proficiency in Google Suite, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.
- Experience developing and implementing successful marketing campaigns across multiple channels; with the ability to pivot and optimize as needed
- Ability to manage and navigate internal and retailer relationships with agility in an ever-changing environment
