About the job

This position is needed to drive revenue growth through data-led cross-sell and upsell campaigns. You’ll work with Marketing, Ops, and Analytics teams to execute and optimize programs across email, SMS, in-app, and other channels. This role uses customer insights to inform lifecycle transitions, run experiments, and create a seamless experience that fuels product adoption and revenue growth.

Responsibilities

In this role, you’ll:

  • Lead and optimize cross-sell and upsell marketing programs that drive account expansion.
  • Coordinate and execute omnichannel campaigns, including email, website, Twilio console, SMS, and in-app channels.
  • Identify and activate high-impact moments in the customer lifecycle to surface relevant upsell opportunities.
  • Design and run experiments to test messaging, timing, and channel effectiveness for expansion campaigns.
  • Collaborate with Analytics to build data-driven programs using Twilio Segment and other tools.
  • Continuously analyze performance and use insights to refine strategies and maximize expansion outcomes.

*Required:

  • 5+ years in growth marketing, with a focus on cross-sell, upsell, and program management in a SaaS environment.
  • Comfortable using AI for execution across the campaign production process.
  • Hands-on experience with Marketing Automation tools is essential; familiarity with Twilio Segment or reverse ETL platforms is a plus.
  • Proven ability to design and execute omnichannel campaigns triggered by customer behavior and data signals.
  • Deep understanding of the customer lifecycle and how to surface relevant expansion opportunities.
  • Ability to independently analyze data, surface insights, and identify actions.
  • Skilled in managing complex, multi-team projects with precision and clarity.
  • Excellent communicator and collaborator across cross-functional teams.

Desired:

  • Prior experience in Growth marketing and lifecycle functions in a SaaS setup (preferably with B2C orientation) will be given preference
  • Salesforce, SQL, Looker/Tableau experience
  • Technical background with ability to self-serve analytics, understand KPIs and experiment reports
  • Past experience with Sendgrid or a similar subscription-based platform is a good qualification.

Location

This role will be remote based in Alberta, British Columbia, or Ontario, Canada.

Travel

The estimated pay ranges for this role are as follows:

  • Based in British Columbia: $81,000 - $101,200 CAD

The successful candidate’s starting salary will be determined based on permissible, non-discriminatory factors such as skills, experience, and geographic location.
