We are seeking an innovative, revenue-focused Senior Performance Marketing Manager to join our Marketing Growth team. In this pivotal role, you will own our performance marketing program, driving Enterprise pipeline volume through high-impact paid media campaigns across channels. Through close collaboration with the Sales team, you will launch ABM campaigns, thoughtfully nurturing leads at each touchpoint in the customer journey from first touch to close-won. Your strategic mindset and never-ending curiosity will fuel our conversion rate optimization roadmap, helping the Ada reach new levels of growth and efficiency.
About You:
- 6+ years of proven experience in performance marketing within Enterprise SaaS
- Proven success managing multi-million dollar media budgets
- Expert-level proficiency with key ad platforms (Google Ads, LinkedIn, Meta) and other marketing tools (Google Analytics, Salesforce, Hubspot, VWO, SEMRush).
- Demonstrated success building and managing a conversion rate optimization program with measurable impact on performance.
- AI-led mindset, with experience using ChatGPT, Zapier and other AI tools to embed efficiency into everything you do
- Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Revenue focused, with a track record of successful marketing campaigns driving measurable pipeline success
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable operating in fast-paced, agile environments.
Outcomes:
- Lead and scale high-performing paid media campaigns across search, social, and other emerging digital channels to drive efficient pipeline generation with Enterprise leads.
- Own and execute a robust Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) roadmap, continuously improving landing pages, messaging, and creative assets to maximize conversion.
- Successfully implement and scale targeted Account-Based Marketing (ABM) campaigns, boosting enterprise account lead volume and engagement.
- Manage campaign tracking, reporting, and forecasting methodologies to ensure data-driven decisions and actionable insights.
- Improve inbound ROI through strategic budget management, reducing cost per opportunity, improving pipeline value, and achieving efficient customer acquisition cost (CAC).
- Drive continual performance improvement by proactively identifying opportunities based on industry trends, competitor analysis, and best practices.
The expected salary range for this position is $90,000 to $118,000 CAD OTE. Actual pay will be determined based on several factors such as past experience and qualifications, geographic location, and other job-related factors permitted by law.
