How You Will Make an Impact:
As the Global Onboarding Program Manager, you will be responsible for owning, optimizing, and scaling Wrike's global onboarding experience. Your role will ensure that new hires across Sales and Customer Success are set up for success from day one, with a streamlined, engaging, and impactful onboarding journey.
Key Responsibilities
- Program Ownership: Own, manage, and continuously evolve the global onboarding program to meet business needs and stakeholder feedback.
- Cross-Functional Alignment: Partner with GTM, Product, HR, and Ops to optimize new hire experience for product knowledge, process understanding, and systems proficiency.
- Ongoing Evaluation: Conduct regular assessments of the onboarding program to ensure alignment with role-specific competencies and GTM goals.
- Data-Driven Optimization: Analyze key performance metrics, identify gaps, and drive improvements to enhance ramp time and productivity.
- Training Development: Collaborate with GTM leadership to create engaging training content, including certification rubrics, eLearning modules, and hands-on exercises.
- Facilitation & Coaching: Lead strategic training sessions, provide real-time feedback, and drive accountability in new hires.
- Reporting & Insights: Monitor new hire progress, deliver detailed reports on development milestones, and surface insights for leadership.
🤖 AI Enablement
This role requires a strong understanding of AI technologies and their application in enablement. You will play a critical part in leveraging AI to:
- Accelerate new hire ramp through adaptive onboarding paths
- Scale coaching and feedback via AI-driven simulations and content suggestions
- Embed intelligent automation across onboarding workflows in Wrike
- Partner with RevOps and Enablement Tools to ensure AI supports GTM productivity goals
We’re looking for someone who understands the role AI can play in reducing manual work, personalizing learning, and enabling our teams to move faster, smarter, and more confidently.
You will achieve your best if you have:
- 1+ year in a similar role within a SaaS organization or a professional qualification in a related field
- Proven program management skills with strong organizational capabilities
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to handle multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency with Wrike is an advantage
- Self-motivated, proactive, and solution-oriented with a growth mindset
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a global team
You will stand out with:
- Experience developing and facilitating training programs for GTM roles
- Proficiency with tools like Salesforce, SalesLoft, Vitally, Tableau, RISE, or Clari
- Knowledge of data analysis and reporting to measure program effectiveness
