As a Product Manager for Core Product, you will be working with one of the top performing engineering teams. This is a critical role that will drive core parts of our product to the next level. You will be tasked with defining our strategy for simplifying end user experience, building a roadmap, and delivering innovative features that make our platform indispensable for modern work management and set ourselves apart from competition.

How You’ll Make an Impact

  • Stakeholder Communication: Serve as the primary liaison between product development teams and various stakeholders. Clearly articulate product vision, strategy, and updates to ensure alignment and transparency.
  • Customer Insights: Conduct market research and gather customer feedback to understand needs and pain points. Translate these insights into actionable product requirements and enhancements.
  • Enterprise Customer Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with Enterprise customers. Work closely with them to understand their unique challenges and ensure our product meets their needs.
  • Innovation and Impact: Drive innovative solutions that significantly impact a large portion of our user base. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ideate, develop, and launch new features and improvements.
  • Product Roadmap: Develop and maintain a product roadmap that aligns with company goals and customer needs. Prioritize features and enhancements based on strategic importance and customer impact.
  • Data Driven: Analyze product performance and user engagement metrics to identify areas for improvement. Use data-driven insights to guide product decisions and strategy.

You will achieve your best if you have

  • Experience: 4+ years of product management experience.
  • Experience: Proven track record as a Product Manager, preferably in a SaaS environment. Experience with B2B Enterprise products is required.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to convey complex ideas clearly and persuasively to different audiences.
  • Customer-Centric Mindset: Strong empathy for customers and a passion for delivering exceptional user experiences.
  • Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze data and draw meaningful insights to inform product decisions.
  • Complex Systems Understanding: Ability to understand complex systems and develop platform-level capabilities that simplify the end-user experience.
  • Innovation: Creative thinker who can drive innovative solutions that meet customer needs and enhance user experience.
  • Collaboration: Strong ability to work cross-functionally and build consensus among teams. Understand the language of developers and challenge when needed.
  • User Research: Ability to partner with UX research and design closely to validate and test new concepts.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field. MBA is a plus.
