Job Description

About Abridge

Abridge was founded in 2018 with the mission of powering deeper understanding in healthcare. Our AI-powered platform was purpose-built for medical conversations, improving clinical documentation efficiencies while enabling clinicians to focus on what matters most—their patients.

Our enterprise-grade technology transforms patient-clinician conversations into structured clinical notes in real-time, with deep EMR integrations. Powered by Linked Evidence and our purpose-built, auditable AI, we are the only company that maps AI-generated summaries to ground truth, helping providers quickly trust and verify the output. As pioneers in generative AI for healthcare, we are setting the industry standards for the responsible deployment of AI across health systems.

We are a growing team of practicing MDs, AI scientists, PhDs, creatives, technologists, and engineers working together to empower people and make care make more sense. We have offices located in the SoHo neighborhood of New York, the Mission District in San Francisco, and East Liberty in Pittsburgh.

The Role

Join Abridge as a GTM Recruiter and help us build world-class Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Legal and Finance teams! Our GTM organization is driving the adoption of cutting-edge AI solutions across healthcare systems, and we're looking for an exceptional talent partner to fuel our growth.

This position will be instrumental in Abridge's continued success as we plan to double our team size this year. If you're passionate about identifying and attracting top-tier talent while making a meaningful impact in healthcare technology, we want to hear from you.

This full-cycle recruiting role offers the opportunity to shape our Go-to-Market hiring strategy while working alongside a passionate, innovative, and supportive team that's transforming healthcare through AI.

What You'll Do

  • Own the full recruiting lifecycle for GTM and G&A roles, from sourcing and screening to offer negotiation and closing

  • Partner strategically with our CRO, COO, CFO, and legal leadership to understand business requirements, team dynamics, and hiring priorities

  • Source passive candidates through creative outreach, networking, and building strong talent pipelines for current and future needs

  • Drive inclusive recruiting practices that attract diverse talent and create equitable hiring experiences for all candidates

  • Enhance our employer brand by representing Abridge's mission and culture to the Go-to-Market community

  • Optimize recruiting processes to ensure efficient, candidate-friendly experiences that reflect our values

  • Provide data-driven insights on market trends, compensation benchmarks, and recruiting metrics to inform hiring strategy

What You'll Bring

  • 4+ years of full-cycle GTM recruiting experience at fast-growing startups or high-growth technology companies, preferably in healthcare or B2B SaaS

  • Proven track record of successfully recruiting senior-level Sales and G&A talent in competitive markets

  • Strategic partnership skills – experience being a trusted advisor to hiring managers, challenging assumptions, and driving high-quality hiring decisions

  • Business acumen to assess team skill gaps, determine optimal role requirements, and understand how new hires will impact revenue growth and business outcomes

  • Exceptional communication skills with the ability to build rapport with Go-to-Market candidates and articulate complex role requirements clearly

  • Strong project management abilities – proven experience juggling multiple priorities, managing stakeholder expectations, and communicating decisions across various audiences

  • ATS proficiency with hands-on experience using and optimizing recruiting technology and tools

  • Passion for healthcare technology and understanding of how AI can transform patient outcomes and healthcare delivery

  • Understanding of Go-to-Market metrics and how different roles contribute to revenue generation, customer acquisition, and retention

This is a remote role. If you live in San Francisco or New York you can come into our offices in those locations.

Safe Remote Job Search Tips

Verify Employer Thoroughly

Research the company's identity thoroughly before applying. Check for a professional website with contacts, active social media, and LinkedIn profiles. Verify details across platforms and look for reviews on Glassdoor or Trustpilot to confirm legitimacy.

Never Pay to Get a Job

Legitimate employers never require payment for applications, training, background checks, or equipment. Always reject upfront payment requests or demands for bank details, even if they claim it's for purchasing necessary work gear on your behalf.

Safeguard Your Personal Information

Protect sensitive data like SSN, bank details, or ID copies. Share this only after accepting a formal, written job offer. Ensure it's submitted via a secure company system or portal, never through insecure channels like standard email attachments.

Scrutinize Communication & Interviews

Watch for communication red flags: poor grammar, generic emails (@gmail), vague details, or undue pressure. Be highly suspicious of interviews held only via text or chat apps; legitimate companies typically use video or phone calls.

Beware of Unrealistic Offers

If an offer's salary or benefits seem unrealistically high for the work involved, be cautious. Research standard pay for similar roles. Offers that appear 'too good to be true' are often scams designed to lure you into providing information or payment.

Insist on a Formal Contract

Always secure and review a formal, written job offer or employment contract before starting work or sharing final personal details. Ensure it clearly defines your role, compensation, key terms, and conditions to avoid misunderstandings or scams.
