GTM Systems Administrator

Job Description

Join Our Journey at Engine

At Engine, we’re revolutionizing work travel. Our modern travel platform isn’t just about booking trips; it’s about transforming how businesses and their teams experience travel. From seamless booking options with top airlines, hotels, and car rental providers to single-invoice billing and flexible trip modifications, we make travel not only easier to manage but also enjoyable. Backed by powerhouse investors like Telescope Partners, Blackstone, Elefund, and Permira, we’re growing fast—and we want you to be part of it.

We're looking for a GTM Systems Administrator to help manage and evolve the tools that power our sales, marketing, and partnerships teams. You’ll serve as a key partner in optimizing systems like Outreach, Sendoso, Gong, ZoomInfo and HubSpot, helping us move faster and more intelligently. This is a great opportunity for someone who started in marketing ops, moved into systems, and is now looking to take ownership of a growing GTM stack at a fast-paced company.

Your Mission:

As part of the Engine team, you’ll play a vital role in an environment where innovation meets collaboration. Here’s what you’ll take charge of:

  • Administer GTM Tools: Manage Outreach, Sendoso, and Gong — including user setup, permissions, sequences, automations, and troubleshooting.
  • Support HubSpot Workflows: Provide support and integration oversight for HubSpot, particularly around forms, marketing workflows, and lead capture.
  • Maintain Data Integrity: Ensure accurate data sync and integration across Salesforce and connected GTM tools; monitor system health and sync errors.
  • Improve GTM Processes: Partner with RevOps to design and implement scalable workflows, automations, and operational processes that enhance GTM team efficiency.
  • Handle Tool Support & Documentation: Act as the first line of support for GTM tools, resolving tickets and maintaining internal documentation and how-tos.
  • Support Tool Evaluation & Expansion: Collaborate on the evaluation and rollout of new tools and technologies to support Engine’s GTM strategy.

What You’ll Bring to Engine:

We’re looking for someone who’s ready to make an impact and grow alongside us:

  • 2–4 years of experience in marketing operations, revenue operations, or systems administration.
  • Hands-on experience managing the following tools: Outreach, Sendoso, Gong, HubSpot, ZoomInfo, Salesforce.
  • Solid understanding of GTM processes and how they intersect with CRM systems like Salesforce.
  • Comfortable working across teams to solve problems and improve workflows.
  • Bonus if you’ve worked with automation tools like Clay, Zapier, or native integrations.
  • Self-starter mindset — you’re not afraid to jump in, troubleshoot, and learn on the fly.

Why Engine:

  • Work with a collaborative, ambitious team that values transparency and ownership.
  • Own and grow a modern GTM tech stack at a high-growth company.
  • Gain cross-functional exposure and opportunities for advancement within RevOps or broader systems teams.
  • Be part of a company building the next generation of revenue infrastructure.

Cash compensation: The base salary for this role is starting at an $110,000-120,000 base. Final compensation packages are determined by various factors, including prior experience and expertise

Safe Remote Job Search Tips

Verify Employer Thoroughly

Research the company's identity thoroughly before applying. Check for a professional website with contacts, active social media, and LinkedIn profiles. Verify details across platforms and look for reviews on Glassdoor or Trustpilot to confirm legitimacy.

Never Pay to Get a Job

Legitimate employers never require payment for applications, training, background checks, or equipment. Always reject upfront payment requests or demands for bank details, even if they claim it's for purchasing necessary work gear on your behalf.

Safeguard Your Personal Information

Protect sensitive data like SSN, bank details, or ID copies. Share this only after accepting a formal, written job offer. Ensure it's submitted via a secure company system or portal, never through insecure channels like standard email attachments.

Scrutinize Communication & Interviews

Watch for communication red flags: poor grammar, generic emails (@gmail), vague details, or undue pressure. Be highly suspicious of interviews held only via text or chat apps; legitimate companies typically use video or phone calls.

Beware of Unrealistic Offers

If an offer's salary or benefits seem unrealistically high for the work involved, be cautious. Research standard pay for similar roles. Offers that appear 'too good to be true' are often scams designed to lure you into providing information or payment.

Insist on a Formal Contract

Always secure and review a formal, written job offer or employment contract before starting work or sharing final personal details. Ensure it clearly defines your role, compensation, key terms, and conditions to avoid misunderstandings or scams.
