What you’ll do:
- Work with a team of talented system engineers and analysts to build systems to support scaling our procurement function.
- Evolve our architecture and design solutions to address the growth needs of the business.
- You possess a mix of technical strength, business strength, and the ability to navigate stakeholders across different business areas and have experience building cross-functional relationships across engineering and business peers to ensure objectives are well defined and clearly understood.
- You will partner with the strategic product leader and systems manager to develop a detailed product roadmap and execute on the roadmap.
- You will evaluate the current state of our solutions, develop and identify opportunities to drive efficiencies and continuous improvement.
- You will build and maintain strong working relationships with various internal stakeholder groups, including IT, Accounting, Procurement, Legal and Security teams.
What we’re looking for:
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Engineering or a related field; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Minimum of 5 years systems engineering experience with minimum 3+ years with increasing responsibility in a global organization.
- Strong understanding of core procurement processes - procurement lifecycle (purchase request, purchase order management, invoice processing, vendor management etc.) accruals, payments, and workflow management.
- Zip, Coupa, Ariba, and/or Oracle EBS (E-Business Suite) implementation experience for intake to procure and experience building custom solutions is required. Experience integrating with Ironclad, Jira, Oracle E-Business Suite or Oracle Fusion Cloud is a plus.
- Excellent communication, collaboration and leadership skills, with the ability to navigate cross-cultural and cross-functional environments
- Nimble to deliver for stakeholders: You know how to navigate hurdles and stay focused on great customer experience and scalability.
- Proficiency in understanding business challenges, developing perspective and shared understanding with the business, working with technical teams focused on delivering timely solutions.
- Strong understanding of SOX controls, processes and procedures.
- Strong understanding of Agile principles and methodologies
- Outcome oriented: You focus on delivering outcomes compared to outputs by leveraging technology to positively impact key business performance metrics
