We’re looking for a GTM Systems Analyst who will be a foundational contributor to our GTM systems team, with a focus on data stewardship. This entry-level position is ideal for recent graduates or individuals eager to build a career at the intersection of data, technology, and revenue operations, and will report to the Manager, GTM Systems (Data Governance). You’ll support cross-functional teams by ensuring our data is accurate, accessible, and aligned with business goals.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Maintain Data Integrity: Regularly clean, deduplicate, and enrich CRM and GTM system data using tools like Salesforce, ZoomInfo, and various supporting tools.
- Build and Maintain Reports: Create and update dashboards to track lead conversion, pipeline health, and other key metrics in Salesforce.
- Document Processes: Assist in drafting and maintaining documentation for data governance, tool configurations, and operational workflows.
- Participate in Cross-Functional Projects: Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Experience teams to address data-related challenges and implement process improvements.
- Identify Opportunities to Automate Repetitive Tasks: As data trends are discovered, identify areas for improvement or standardization so that future discrepancies are mitigated.
- Support System Users: Troubleshoot system access issues, manage user permissions, and provide training materials or guides for team members.
- Privacy Compliance: Apply a strong understanding of GDPR to data governance processes

- Basic familiarity with tools like Salesforce, Notion, or Excel (e.g., using pivot tables or formulas).
- A bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or a related field (preferred).
- Experience with extracurricular activities or internships involving data, analytics, or technology is a plus.
- Experience with SQL is also a plus
