TheHead/Senior Director of Global SMB Sales at Sprinto will spearhead efforts to scale ourSMB customer base, drive revenue growth, and build a high-performing sales team. This role is pivotal in creating and executing strategies tailored to the SMB market while ensuring alignment with Sprinto’s broader business objectives.
- Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement sales strategies to exceed SMB revenue targets.
- Team Management: Lead and nurture a high-performing SMB sales team to achieve individual and team goals.
- Pipeline Oversight: Drive pipeline generation through strategic initiatives and partnerships.
- Market Analysis: Leverage insights on trends and competitors to refine sales approaches.
- Process Excellence: Optimize sales tools and processes to enhance team efficiency.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Marketing, Customer Success, and Product teams to boost customer acquisition and retention.
- Customer Advocacy: Represent customer needs to influence product and service enhancements.
- 12 to 18 years of B2B SaaS sales experience, including 5+ years in SMB sales leadership.
- Proven ability to scale SMB sales operations and achieve revenue goals.
- Expertise with CRM tools (HubSpot preferred) and sales analytics platforms.
- Strong leadership, communication, and data-driven decision-making skills.
