The Role
As a Senior Sales Development Representative (SDR), you'll be the first point of contact for potential customers, paving the way for successful sales conversations. You'll leverage your expertise in lead generation, qualification, and nurturing to build a robust pipeline of qualified leads for our hunting sales team. This role requires a strategic mindset, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Ultimately, your success will be measured by your ability to consistently exceed quotas and contribute significantly to Sprinto's revenue growth.
- Conduct in-depth research to identify and qualify high-potential leads within your assigned territory.
- Craft compelling outreach campaigns using diverse channels (email, social media, cold calling, etc.).
- Engage in targeted conversations to understand prospect needs and challenges.
- Effectively qualify leads based on pre-defined criteria and nurture them through the sales funnel.
- Set high-quality appointments with decision-makers for the Enterprise Account Executive team.
- Proactively identify and resolve any roadblocks in the lead qualification process.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor offerings, and our SaaS solution.
- Collaborate with the Accountive Executive team as a pod to ensure a seamless lead generation process.
- Continuously refine your prospecting and qualification techniques for maximum impact.
- Minimum of 4-6 years of experience as a Hunting SDR or similar role in B2B SaaS sales in the US region.
- Proven track record of exceeding lead generation and qualification quotas.
- Strong understanding of the SaaS sales cycle and B2B buying behaviours.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Proficiency in lead generation and qualification tools (e.g., Hubspot, Outplay).
- Highly organised and detail-oriented with a data-driven approach.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Collaborative team player with a positive and proactive attitude.
